Switching Gears

Over the past year or so, I have spent all of my time blogging about different ideas for remodeling your kitchen or bath. I have enjoyed the articles I wrote and I hope that all of my readers and clients have found them informative and inspirational. However, I’ve decided to switch gears a little and spend more time writing about some of the experiences I have had not only as a project manager but also as the soon to be owner of Kowalske Kitchen & Bath. The reason for the sudden change is to give people an inside look into our business and also let them know where our company is headed in the long and short term. Our business is changing everyday and we spend a lot of time reviewing everything we are doing from an operational standpoint. We are constantly improving processes and policies in our never-ending commitment to be the best. That being said, I thought the changes and growth in my blog should have a direct correlation with changes and growth in my business.
